Vera M. Chase of Hatboro, Pennsylvania died Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Jefferson Health Hospice at Warminster. She was 94 years old. Vera was born June 14, 1923 in Morea, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Harry Moss and the late Margaret Moss (nee - Dixon). She is the beloved wife of the late Ralph J. Chase and is survived by her loving nieces, nephews and wonderful loving friends. Vera was predeceased by her siblings Dorothy Moss, Elizabeth “Betty” Oschman, Marian Yarborough, and Harry “Bud” Moss.

Vera was a graduate of Mahanoy City High School. Vera met the love of her life on a blind date. The two were inseparable and were married 67 years when Ralph passed in 2015. They never spent a night apart, loved to travel, and never said goodbye just “So long”. Vera was a kind and compassionate person who loved her home and flower beds.

Relatives and friends were invited to her viewing on Thursday, August 10, 2017 from 9:00 A.M. and funeral service at 10:00 A.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 501 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090. Her graveside service followed at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA 19002.

Religious services were conducted by Rev. Owen Griffiths.
