Gary K. Jarman of Hatboro, Pennsylvania died Sunday, December 5, 2021 at Abington Hospital Jefferson Health. He was 84 years old. Gary was born July 23, 1937 in Kansas City, Kansas, son of the late Ernest Jarman and the late Jane Jarman (nee - Winn). He is the beloved husband of 58 years of Catherine T. (nee - Garvey) Jarman; father of Karen Jarman Zemitis and her husband Peter, Stephen Jarman, and Christopher Jarman and his wife Ilyse Balsam Jarman; grandfather of Dylan, Craig, Zackary, Eric, Calista, Scott, and Gianna.

Gary was raised and educated in Lexington, Missouri and graduated from Wentworth Military School. He enlisted in the US Coast Guard and served in New York where he met the love of his life. Gary retired from Unisys in 2000. He enjoyed spending time sailing “Knot Again” in Barneget Bay, New Jersey with family and friends. Gary enjoyed traveling, was an avid reader, and loved wood crafting. He lived his life to the fullest and enjoyed sharing time with his family.

Relatives and friends were invited to his visitation on Friday, December 17, 2021 from 12:00 P.M. and funeral service at 1:00 P.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 501 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090.

Religious services were conducted by Rev. Owen Griffiths.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Abington Health Foundation, for cardiac research, 1200 Old York Road, Abington, PA 19001.
