Lillian D. Heinzer of Rockledge, Pennsylvania died Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at her residence. She was 87 years old. Lillian was born January 8, 1920 in England, the daughter of the late Alfred James Peacock and the late Bertha May Peacock (nee - Clothier).

She is the beloved wife of the late Walter Heinzer. Mother of Susan Outt and John Heinzer and his wife Anna. Grandmother of Heather Romanot, Lauren Heinzel, Jennifer Heinzel and the late Jon Outt. Great grandmother of Nathan, Zachery and Alexandra Romanot. Sister of Daphne Friel of New Jersey, Mavis Greene of England and Kenneth Peacock of Australia.

Lillian was born, raised and educated in Hunton Bridge, Abbots Langley, Watford in the County of Hertford in England. She served in the English Army Woman’s Corp. during World War Two as a radar operator. She emigrated to the United States in 1945. She worked for many years as a comptometer operator and as a bank teller. She was the head teller at Cheltenham National Bank at her retirement. She was a resident of Jarrett Avenue in Rockledge since 1947 and was a longtime member of the Memorial Church of the Holy Nativity in the Borough.

Relatives and friends were invited to her memorial service Friday, April 27, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the Memorial Church of The Holy Nativity, 205 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA. 19046, where friends were invited to call after 10:00 A.M. Her final resting place will be in the church columbarium. Religious services were conducted by The Rev. Carl Metzger, rector of Holy Nativity.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Memorial Church of The Holy Nativity, 205 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA. 19046.
