James P. McGuigan of Scranton, Pennsylvania died Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Geisinger Community Medical Center. He was 56 years old. Jimmy was born August 25, 1965 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, son of the late John McGuigan and the late Linda M. McGuigan (nee - Leitner). He is the nephew of Catherine Leitner and her husband the late John; cousin of John Leitner.
Jimmy was born in Philadelphia and has lived at St. Joseph’s Center in Scranton, PA since 1977.
Relatives and friends were invited to his viewing on Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 11:00 A.M. and funeral service at 11:30 A.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 501 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090.
Religious services were conducted by Fr. Joseph Okonski.
