Michael Zborowsky of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania died Saturday, May 23, 2020 at his home. He was 94 years old. Michael was born October 31, 1925 in the village of Piddubci, Ukraine, son of the late Panteleimon Zborowsky and the late Paraskewia Zborowsky (nee - Makuch). He is the beloved husband of Liselotte (nee Ploetz) Zborowsky; dearest father of Christine, Michael, Peter, and Stephen; loving Dido of Michael II, Charles, Joseph, Alexander, Benjamin, and Corrina; great grandpop of Jaiden, Isaiah, and Henry.
Michael worked on a farm in Germany during World War II and later moved to Belgium and worked in the coal mines. He emigrated to the United States in 1954 and went to work in the ice cream industry. After retiring from the ice cream industry, he went to work for Fox Chase Bank for fifteen years.
