Lois Jean Morgan of Hatboro, Pennsylvania died Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at Luther Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was 92 years old. Lois was born December 5, 1927 in Scranton, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Thomas Evans and the late Helen Evans (nee - Williams). Lois was the beloved wife of 61 years of the late Albert J. Morgan; mother of Pam Finegan and her husband Richard and Barbara Creveling and her husband the late Michael; grandmother of Maureen Cybok and her husband Jeffrey, Brian Finegan, Jeffrey Creveling and his wife Kate, and David Creveling and his wife Lauren; great grandmother of Nicholas, Jeffrey, Jadon, Kevin, Melody, Mars, Jackson, and another great grand child on the way; also survived by her sister Barbara and many nieces and nephews.
Albert and Lois Jean were married on May 27th 1950. They moved to Fort Washington in 1962 and later moved to Oreland in 1973. In 2009 they moved to Gloria Dei Farms in Hatboro until Albert’s death in 2011 when Lois moved to Sunrise in Dresher and eventually to Luther Woods in Hatboro. Lois was a longtime member at Willow Grove Baptist Church. During her working career, Lois Jean was a secretary for the Upper Dublin High School Guidance Office where she retired.
Interment was private. A memorial service will be conducted by Willow Grove Baptist Church, 1872 Kimball Avenue, Willow Grove, PA 19090 at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Willow Grove Baptist Church, 1872 Kimball Avenue, Willow Grove, PA 19090.
