Charles F. Reichert III of McClure, Pennsylvania died Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at William Penn Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Lewistown, Pennsylvania. He was 96 years old. Charles was born September 2, 1924 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, son of the late Charles F. Reichert Jr. and the late Mabel Reichert (nee - Wahl-Heil). He is the beloved husband of the late Virginia A. Cox Reichert; father of John C. Reichert Sr. and his wife Marie E. of McClure, Pa., William F. Reichert of McVeytown,Pa., and the late Nancy J. Ryan and her husband Jeffrey of Collinswood, NJ; grandfather of Katrina “Kayt” L. Miranda and her wife Julia T. of Studio City, CA., John C. Reichert Jr. and his wife Allison L. of Auburndale, FL.; great grandfather of Evan Charles Miranda and Natalie Arlinda Miranda.

Charles graduated from Olney High School, Class of June 1942 and he enlisted into the military. He was a Corporal in the Army Air Corps from May 1943 to February 1946. He was also a life long member and a lay leader at Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church @ 5909 N. Park Ave., Philadelphia, PA. Charles had worked, and was part owner, of Charles F. Reichert Plumbing and Heating Supplies from 1946 until his retirement in 2012.

Due to Covid, services were be private @ Forest Hills cemetery, Huntingdon Valley, PA.
