Olga Gazak (nee Maleyeff) of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 23, 2020 at the age of 93. She was a cherished member of her community at Lafayette Redeemer and a devout parishioner of St. Stephen's Orthodox Church who will be dearly missed.
Mrs. Gazak was preceded in death by John M. Gazak Sr. her loving husband of 53 years, her parents John and Tatiana Maleyeff (nee Sumen), and siblings Anne Tedesco (Joseph), Mary Osterburg (Karl), John Maleyeff (Olga),and Agnes Kolesnik (John).
Mrs. Gazak was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who treasured the values of family and faith. She is survived by her two beloved sons, John M. Gazak Jr MD (Julie), and Stephen J. Gazak Sr. MD (Ritanne), seven grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Services will be private due to Covid-19 restrictions.
