Blanche H. Keppol of Horsham, Pennsylvania died Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at Doylestown Hospital. She was 85 years old. Blanche was born February 6, 1938 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Francis Huot and the late Blanche Huot (nee - Stanley). She is the beloved wife of the late Charles B. Keppol; Mother of Charles Michael Keppol and his wife Kris, Sharon Keppol Schrandt and her husband Michael, and the late Michael Christiansen and his wife the late Lynn; grandmother of Steven Keppol and his fiancée Ashley Carrasco and Brittany LaCava and her husband Mark; great grandmother of Colton Keppol and Dominic Vincent LaCava; Sister of Raymond Huot and the late Francis Huot and his wife Shirley Langlinais and her husband Gene.
Blanche was born, raised, and educated in Philadelphia where she attended Horatio B. Hackett Elementary School, Pennsylvania Treaty Junior High School, and Kensington Girls High High School. Blanche wed Charlie Keppol in 1962 at St. Joan of Arc Parish. She loved taking day trips to Lancaster and elsewhere and enjoyed watching the Hallmark Channel. She loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends were invited to her viewing on Friday, October 6, 2023 from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. and funeral service at 10:00 A.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 419 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA 19046. Her graveside service followed at Forest Hills Cemetery, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.
Religious services were conducted by Blanche’s nephew, Joseph Orndorf.
