Joseph T. McCullough of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania died Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at Holy Redeemer Hospital. He was 82 years old. Joseph was born August 23, 1938 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, son of the late Joseph McCullough and the late Mary McCullough (nee - Shields). He is the beloved husband of Monica McCullough of 53 years; father of Joseph T. McCullough II and the late Christina McCullough and her husband Jerry Prokopowycz; Pop-Pop of Michelle Roche and her husband Nick, Samantha Prokopowycz, Rachael Prokopowycz, Joseph T. McCullough III and his wife Krysta, and the late Stephen Prokopowycz; great-grandfather of four; brother of the late Kathleen McCullough; uncle of Michael McCullough and his wife Maryann. He is also survived by a loving extended family, friends, and members of the American Legion Post #366.

Relatives and friends were invited to his viewing on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 from 8:30 to 9:30 A.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 419 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA 19046. His Funeral Mass began at 10:00 A.M. at St. Cecilia Church, 535 Rhawn Street, Philadelphia, PA 19111. His graveside service and military honors rendered by the United States Army followed at Lawnview Cemetery, 500 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA 19046.

The family will also be having a Celebration of Life in the future once Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Corp. John Loudenslager American Legion Post 366, 7976 Oxford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111.
