Thomas J. Milligan Jr. of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania died Sunday, May 2, 2021 at Einstein Medical Center - Elkins Park. He was 81 years old. Thomas was born July 27, 1939 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, son of the late Thomas J. Milligan and the late Anna M. Milligan (nee - Hutter).
Tom completed his Associates Degree at Valley College in Los Angeles, California. During his working career he was a computer analyst.
Relatives and friends were invited to his graveside service and military honors rendered by the United States Air Force on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 2:30 P.M. at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, PA 18940. Gather at the Funeral Procession area of the cemetery by 2:15 P.M.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to Hopewell Veterinary Hospital, 215-379-2536, 640 Cedar Road, Rockledge, PA 19046.
