Raymond E. Winslow of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania died Sunday, April 18, 2021 at his home. He was 82 years old. Raymond was born July 31, 1938 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, son of the late William Webster Winslow and the late Helen V. Winslow (nee - Warzevicz). He is the beloved husband of the late Minnie Vera Winslow and the late Mary Cecilia Haegele Winslow; father of Gerald Haegele and his wife Barbara; grandfather of Bethany Davis and her husband Brian, Lauren Haegele, and Emma Haegele; great grandfather of Verna Davis and Violet Davis; Brother of Joan Anna Ruch, and Katherine Ellen Moudy, and the late Margaret Louise Moudy. He is also survived by a loving extended family.

Raymond was raised and educated in Philadelphia, a graduate of Dobbins Technical High School and Temple University. During his working time, he was employed for more than 40 years with Harbeson, Hough, Livingston, and Larson as a draftsman and architectural designer who was involved with the construction of the Rayburn House Office Building in Washington D.C., and elements on both the Penn State and Air Force Academy’s campuses. Raymond was also a longtime member of St. Timothy’s Lutheran Church of Philadelphia

Relatives and friends were invited to his viewing on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 10:00 A.M. and funeral service at 10:30 A.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 419 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA 19046. His graveside service followed at Forest Hills Cemetery, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.
