Mike Trago of Willow Grove, Pennsylvania died Thursday, April 22, 2021 at his home. He was 54 years old. Mike was born June 15, 1966 in Abington, Pennsylvania, son of the late Frank Trago and the late Marie Wannemacher (Lee) and step-son of the late Art Wannemacher. He was the beloved husband of Lisa Trago (Killion); devoted father of Diane Trago (Tony Cortlessa), Erica Trago (Ron Painton), and Lori Trago (Michael Webster); loving grandfather of Brendon Trago, Brayden Pezok, and Kenny Stabler; brother of Marie Miller, Dawn Trago, and Frank Trago. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Mike was raised in Willow Grove where he attended Upper Moreland High School. While in middle school he met the love of his life Lisa Killion. Mike and Lisa were married for 36 years and raised their three girls in their home in Upper Moreland. Mike worked as a press operator at SPS Technologies for over ten years. He enjoyed fishing, skeet shooting and teaching all the children how to fish and shoot as well. Over the past few years he enjoyed having BBQs at the lake with family and friends. He also had a love for trains and together with his family would spend Thanksgiving weekend setting up his train platform for the holiday season.
Due to the current pandemic, services were private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to American Diabetes Association, 150 Monument Road, Suite 100, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.
