Dr. Frido W. Buschmann of Riegelsville, Pennsylvania died Friday, October 1, 2021 at his home. He was 67 years old. Frido was born January 25, 1954 in Allentown, Pennsylvania, son of the late Dr. Frido Buschmann and the late Irmgard W. Buschmann (nee - Krol). He is the beloved husband of Carol G. Buschmann; father of Frido William Buschmann and his fiancée Kelsey Brady; brother of Sandra Knapp and her husband Charles; he is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

Frido was a devoted husband and father. He loved life and was committed to serving others, especially as a dentist. In 1979 he graduated from Temple University Dental School and worked as a dentist in the Buschmann family dental practice that his father started. Frido was always looking for ways to contribute to the world around him. He earned his Eagle Scout honor while he was in high school. Frido continued to devote many years of service to the Boy Scouts as a leader for his son’s troop. In his free time, he enjoyed skiing, playing racquetball, and finding things to fix around the house. He also had a passion for anything and everything related to cars, which is a passion he passed onto Frido Will. Some of his favorite memories were spent in the beautiful Adirondacks where he loved hiking, fishing, and reading The Lord of the Rings.

Relatives and friends were invited to his visitation on Friday, October 15, 2021 from 11:30 A.M. and memorial service at 1:00 P.M. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 877 Street Road, Southampton, PA 18966. Interment is private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Palisades Community Bible Church, 8730 Easton Road, Revere, PA 18942 or Beth El Gibor, 1555 Linwood Street, Bethlehem, PA 18017.
