Judith Claire Kelly of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania died Monday, November 22, 2021 at her home. She was 61 years old. Judith was born August 2, 1960 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late William Phillips Sr. and the late Margaret Phillips (nee - Perry). She is the beloved wife of Michael John Kelly; mother of Beth Finnegan and her husband Mike and Jason Kelly and his wife Alyson. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sister of Denise Newell and her husband Joe, Marian Diehl and her husband Tom, William Phillips Jr. and his wife Ann, and the late Peggy Ann Wright.
Judith was born, raised, and educated in Philadelphia. She graduated from St. Hubert Catholic High School for Girls in 1978. Judith married her husband Michael on February 10, 1979, in Darby, PA. Judith worked for the IRS in Philadelphia on Roosevelt Blvd. She enjoyed making ceramics, especially ceramic Christmas trees which she would gift to those she loved.
Services were private at the family’s request.
