Francis Peter Borowyk of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania died Friday, December 10, 2021 at his home. He was 59 years old. Francis was born February 20, 1962 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, son of the late Francis Borowyk and the late Thelma Borowyk (nee - King). He is the brother of Catherine, Joseph Borowyk, and the late Maryann Farrell; Uncle of Brigid and Colleen.
Born raised and educated in Philadelphia, he was a graduate of Cardinal Dougherty High School class of 1981. He was a long time employee, of 40 years, of CRW Graphics in Pennsauken, NJ. Francis was an active and devout member of Annunciation of the BVM Ukrainian Catholic Church, helping out wherever he could for events and activities at the church.
Relatives and friends were invited to his visitation on Saturday, December 18, 2021 from 9:00 A.M. and Requiem Divine Liturgy at 10:00 A.M. at Annunciation of the BVM Ukrainian Catholic Church, 1206 Valley Road, Melrose Park, PA 19027. Interment was private.
Religious services were conducted by Rev. Ihor Bloshchynskyy from Annunciation of the BVM Ukrainian Catholic Church, 1206 Valley Road, Melrose Park, PA 19027.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Annunciation of the BVM Ukrainian Catholic Church, 1206 Valley Road, Melrose Park, PA 19027.
