Walter Conrad "Walt" Wright Jr. of Horsham, Pennsylvania died Sunday, January 2, 2022 at his home. He was 61 years old. Walt was born February 18, 1960 in Abington, Pennsylvania, son of Walter Conrad Wright Sr. and the late Jeannette Wright (nee - Dillow). He is the brother of Wendy Croft (Wendel), Dorothy Bunting (Timothy), Doris Wright, Susan Stampler (James) and Janice Meleta (Michael). Uncle of Linda, Robin, Wendy, Debbie, Charles, James, Timothy, Angela, Christine, Danyelle and Nichole. He is also survived by his great nieces and nephews.
Walt was raised and educated in Abinton, PA where he graduated from Abington High School. Walt worked as a peer support Specialist for St. Luke’s Penn Foundation Inc. He loved music especially Pink Floyd, and was a believer in donating white blood cells to help others in need.
Relatives and friends were invited to his visitation on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 from 6:00 P.M. and funeral service at 8:00 P.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 419 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA 19046.
Religious services were conducted by Pastor Deborah Wolfe from St. Timothy’s Lutheran Church, 7965 Fillmore Street, Philadelphia, PA 19111.
In lieu of flowers, donations, either monetary or blood donations, may be made in his memory to American Red Cross of Southeastern PA, 2221 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
