Ludwig S. McIntyre, II of Warminster, Pennsylvania died Monday, March 14, 2022. He was 74 years old. Ludwig was born February 10, 1948 in Abington, Pennsylvania, son of the late Ludwig S. McIntyre and the late Catharine McIntyre (nee - May). He is survived by loving wife, Patricia “Tricia” H. McIntyre; two sons, Andrew McIntyre and Matthew McIntyre; brother, John “Drew” McIntyre of Pompeno Beach, FL.

Ludwig was raised in Jenkintown. He married Patricia in June of 1986. Ludwig proudly served his country in the Navy from 1967 to 1971. He worked as a police officer in Ambler for 13 years, and a courier for FedEx for 24 years until he retired. Ludwig was a proud member of the Montgomery County Fraternal Order of Police, a lifetime member of Independent Fire Company, and the American Legion. He was a fan of Nascar and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Relatives and friends were invited to his visitation on Saturday, March 19, 2022 from 10:00 A.M. and memorial service at 11:30 A.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 501 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090. Military honors rendered by the United States Navy and a graveside service followed at Hillside Cemetery, 2556 Susquehanna Road, Roslyn, PA 19001.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Independent Fire Company, 609 Greenwood Avenue, Jenkintown, PA 19046.
