Carl Richard Kammerle of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania died suddenly Saturday, January 22, 2022 at his home. He was 63 years old. Carl was born June 28, 1958 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, son of the late Albert Kammerle and Laura Kammerle (nee - Seibel). He is the beloved husband of Josephine Kammerle (née Perazzo); father of Susan Manser-Mills and her husband Danny Mills; grandfather of Joseph Manser; brother of Albert Kammerle, Jr. and his wife Susan, George Kammerle and his wife Anne, and the late Ruth Ann Hamilton and her husband Stan. Carl is also survived by his nieces and nephews and their families.
Carl enjoyed taking photos, drawing, doing community service such as the Philadelphia Heart Walk, the Lulu Shriners and playing as Santa for the kids. Carl always made everyone that was in his life feel loved and always had a smile on his face and loved giving people his photos and talking about his grandson Joey. He was a fantastic husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle and brother.
Relatives and friends were invited to his visitation on Thursday, January 27, 2022 from 9:30 A.M. and funeral service at 10:30 A.M. at Gloria Dei Church, 570 Welsh Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. Interment will be private.
Religious services were conducted by Rev. Dr. Karyn L. Wiseman, pastor of Gloria Dei Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 3551 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19140.
