Annette L. "Dolly" Wurst of Hatboro, Pennsylvania died Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at Dresher Hill Health and Rehabilitation. She was 90 years old. Dolly was born September 10, 1931 in Abington, Pennsylvania, one of eight children of the late Thomas Annanie and the late Theresa Annanie (nee - Lelli). She is the beloved wife of the late Frederick H. Wurst; mother of Frederick, Robert, Gary and his wife Melissa, and the late Sueanne Wurst; Loving Nana of Robert Wurst Jr. and his wife Christine, Jessica, Ashley, and Zachary Wurst, A.J., Nicholas, and Ella Lawrence; great grandmother of four; sister of Thomas Annanie, Diane Terry, the late James Annanie, the late Frank Annanie, the late Anne Sullivan, the late Marie Penecale, and the late Leonard Annanie. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

Dolly was born, raised, and educated in Abington. She worked in the cafeteria at the Upper Moreland High School from 1971 until her retirement in 2007. Dolly enjoyed her time spent with friends at the Upper Moreland Golden Age Club meetings at Spring Mill Country Club. She also enjoyed the outdoors and especially trap shooting and fishing with her husband and son Gary. Dolly was the family matriarch, everyone loved Aunt Dolly.

Relatives and friends were invited to her viewing on Monday, May 9, 2022 from 9:00 A.M. and funeral service at 10:00 A.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 501 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090. Her graveside service followed at St. John Neumann Cemetery, 3797 County Line Road, Chalfont, PA 18914.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to National Alliance on Mental Illness, 100 West Main Street, Suite 204, Lansdale, PA 19446.
