The following obituary was composed by Stephen’s family.
Husband of Stephanie (nee Kwasnjuk), devoted father of Alexander, Benjamin and Corrina. Precious son of Michael Zborowsky (dec.) and his wife Liselotte (nee Ploetz). Dearest brother of Christine May, Peter and Michael. Uncle of Michael II, Charles and Joseph. Brother-in-law of Joseph May.
Steve was an outdoors kind of guy. He loved camping with his wife and children. He was a fisherman from childhood on when his dad first taught him how to catch sunnies. Later on it was deep-sea fishing with his brother Mike and the whole family. He enjoyed playing golf with his brother Peter. He loved riding his motorcycle and was an avid vintage car enthusiast.
Steve was a graduate of Central High School and Camden County Community College. He was an auto mechanic and worked the last 13 years for SEPTA at their 3rd Street and Wyoming Avenue garage.
Relatives and friends were invited to his visitation on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 from 12:00 P.M. to 1:30 P.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 419 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA 19046, with a prayer service beginning at 1:30 P.M. Interment followed at Lawnview Cemetery, 500 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA 19046.
