Regina Lutz of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania died Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at Nazareth Hospital. She was 60 years old. Regina was born April 10, 1962, daughter of George Lutz and Regina Lutz (nee - Donnelly). Regina grew up in the Lawncrest section of Philadelphia, and attended St. William grade school, and Cardinal Dougherty High School. She is the sister of the late George (Jeanie) Lutz, James (Sue) Lutz, Rich (Kelly) Lutz, Ray (Lisa) Lutz, Maria (Paul) Haig, Edward (Kathy) Lutz, Andrew Lutz, and sister-in-law of Colleen McFadden. She is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews, 24 great nieces and nephews, two aunts: Mary Donovan and Elizabeth Descoteaux, and many cousins.

Relatives and friends were invited to her viewing on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 9:30 A.M. and funeral service at 11:30 A.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 419 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA 19046.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Pennsylvania Wounded Warriors Inc., 1117 Country Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011 or Tunnels to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306.
