Susan Mento McMahon of Elkins Park, PA died July 23, 2023 in Hospice care. She was 66 years old. Susan was born in Philadelphia, PA the daughter of the late Joseph and Philomena. Mother of Caitlin, Sister to Joseph, Aunt to Jenna and Julianna. Susan will be missed dearly by her cat Shadow, her best friend of many years Jim, her many cousins who were like sisters to her and friend to many others with whom she came in contact with over the years.
Susan was raised in Abington, PA. She attended Abington High School. She graduated high school in 1975.
Susan spent the early part of her working career as an administrative assistant in the Pharmaceutical Industry and later a large portion as a greenhouse manager in the Horticulture Industry.
Throughout her life, Susan loved animals, the serenity of the beach and found the most peace planting flowers and growing fruits and vegetables in the garden.
Relatives and friends were invited to her graveside service on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Lawnview Cemetery, 500 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA 19046.
