Virginia S. "Ginny" Griffin of Warminster, Pennsylvania died Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at Doylestown Hospital. She was 88 years old. Ginny was born September 12, 1934 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late William Henry Stecker and the late Mary Elizabeth Stecker (nee - Regner). She is the beloved wife of the late Richard S. Griffin; mother of Michael Griffin; Mark Griffin, and John Griffin; grandmother of Michael T. Griffin.
Ginny was a proud graduate of Ursinus College. She taught Physical Education at Centennial School District for many years. Ginny and Richard raised their sons in Warminster. She enjoyed making homemade cards for family and friends for holidays and birthdays.
Relatives and friends were invited to her graveside service on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 1:30 P.M. at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, PA 18940.
If attending, please plan to be in the procession area at the cemetery between 1:15 and 1:20 PM.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a local educational scholarship. Education was very important to Ginny.
