Dolores L. Traczykiewicz (nee Parton) departed her loving family on February 20, 2023.
Dolores was born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania on May 19, 1927 to Katherine Ignatovig Parton and Lesley Davis Parton.
Dolores was mother to Lynne M. Traczykiewicz, Steven E. Traczykiewicz (Carolyn), and David H. Traczykiewicz. She raised her children with love and devotion in Philadelphia with her loving husband Edwin, who predeceased her.
As a homemaker and mother, Dolores was known for her proud upstate upbringing. Her hobbies included cooking, baking and spending time with her precious family. As our head chef, she oversaw the Pierogi Crew’s annual traditional Christmas Eve dinner preparations. She was also known for the “stickers” that always adorned every card she wrote or gave. She especially enjoyed dancing with her beloved husband Edwin and going on their Atlantic City adventures.
She is survived by her children Lynne, Steven (Carolyn) and David, her grandchildren Jason Traczykiewicz (Beth), Jonathon Traczykiewicz (Kristin Conti), Patrick Traczykiewicz (Shannon), her great grandchildren Sophie Traczykiewicz, Nolan Traczykiewicz, Jon “Jack” Conti-Traczykiewicz, Kailyn Conti-Traczykiewicz, Meghan Conti-Traczykiewicz, and Theodore “Teddy” Traczykiewicz.
Services were private.
