Elaine Frances Bradley of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania died Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at her home. She was 77 years old. Elaine was born June 20, 1946 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, daughter of John Thomas Bradley and Gertrude Elisabeth Bradley (nee - Pahls). She is the beloved sister of Barbara Hannon and her husband the late John. She is also survived by her cousins George Herrmann and Judith Friedman and her husband the late Daniel.
Elaine was born, raised, and educated in Philadelphia where she graduated from Northeast High School. During her working career she was employed as a Title Examiner for title insurance companies. She loved traveling with her cousin George in her free time. Elaine was an avid collector of antique dolls and was a member of the Yesteryear Doll Club. Elaine was a lifetime member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Somerton. Over the years she taught Sunday School, acted as financial secretary, and was a member of the Luther League Fellowship and the Ladies Guild at the church. She loved her dogs as companions.
Relatives and friends were invited to her visitation on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. and funeral service at 10:00 A.M. at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, 14100 Worthington Road, Philadelphia, PA 19116. Her graveside service followed at Oakland Cemetery, Adams and Ramona Avenues, Philadelphia, PA 19124. Religious services were conducted by Rev. Bruce Todd.
