The following obituary was composed by Claudia’s family.
Claudia Lina (Berardinucci) Borgmann of Warminster passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at Abington Memorial Hospital. She was 63 years old.
Claudia was the beloved wife of John Joseph Borgmann. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Claudia was the daughter of Luigina (DiBernardo) and the late Pietro Berardinucci.
Claudia was preceded by her late sister Feliciana Schultz and is survived by her four siblings Peter Berardinucci and his wife Patricia, Gino Berardinucci and his wife Terri, Ricardo Berardinucci and his wife Kimberly, and Maria Scheeler and her husband Edward; her four children Mary Louise and her partner Mark, John Borgmann and his wife Sarah, Stephen Borgmann and his wife Anna, and Gregory Borgmann and his wife Christy; and her grandson Nathaniel.
Claudia was a proud 1972 graduate of Little Flower High School and a 30+ year employee with the Internal Revenue Service. Claudia was devoted to her family and her church. She was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, friend, wife, and mother. It is her role as mother that best defines who she was in life. Selfless, compassionate, and generous, Claudia always put others before herself. Her boundless love could be felt in every meal she cooked, every centerpiece or craft made for family gatherings, and every rosary she strung for church events. She will be remembered for her warmth, delicious Italian cooking, and for a singular and infectious laugh that would immediately elicit a smile and chuckle from anyone nearby.
The family received relatives and friends at a viewing on Sunday December 3rd from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 501 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090. Relatives and friends were also invited on Monday, December 4, 2017 to her viewing from 9:30 am and mass at 10:30 am at Nativity of Our Lord Parish, 605 West Street Road, Warminster, PA 18974. Interment will be private.
